For this exercise in Sensor Workshop i decided to try the third option in the given data-logging methods:
1. Arduino -> Processing -> PHP -> Text
2. Arduino -> Processing -> PHP -> MySQL
3. Arduino -> Xport -> PHP -> MySQL
